They helped dad to remain living in his own home for as long as possible, and gave us the comfort and reassurance that he was being looked after when we couldn’t be with him. We couldn’t have done it without them!
I started premier Homecare with no experience in care what so ever , however , with the two week shadowing I have gained confidence . All staff I’ve met including office staff are very polite and friendly . So excited to work for this company for many years to come
Every week is different and extremely rewarding. They are very supportive (all management and other carers). They have taught me a considerable amount that will stick with me for life. The long training period thoroughly prepared me to be out on my own. They are very accommodating and flexible. If you feel overwhelmed they come out to support you. Absolutely fantastic company to work for.
I feel very welcomed within this company and have found that I have full support whether I’m at work or even outside of work. Everyone that I have met so far have been extremely friendly and supportive and I enjoy working with them. This is my second spell of help from Premier Homecare. They had previously looked after my severely disabled husband for many years before his death with great care and unfailing professionalism. When I recently broke my arm and hurt my ankle I immediately turned to them. For the past four weeks, I have received marvellous help from the amazing staff. They have been gentle, caring, professional and full of cheer just when I needed it. I cannot thank them enough. Thanks also to back up organising support which was faultless.
I really enjoyed working for Premier, I only left as I was moving away. Very Organised Home care, definitely the best I’ve worked for, Rotas are well planned out, more than enough travel time and plenty of time with clients, no stress would 100% recommend working here. All office staff are lovely, other carers were nice and easy to work with.
The care being provided to my stepfather is exemplary. Knowing that he has daily contact with people who have his best interests at heart has given the family peace of mind. We now have confidence in his ability to continue living an independent life for the foreseeable future.
I contacted Premier Homecare when I realised that I needed support looking after my husband who suffers from a debilitating neurological disease. Sometimes it’s difficult to admit that you need help but from my initial consultation and ongoing, I have felt supported by empathetic staff. The carers are excellent, my husband is a very private man and I was concerned that he would be embarrassed with someone other than me looking after his personal care, however, the carers are so professional that he is comfortable for them to attend to his needs. They respect his wishes if he doesn’t want to ‘chat’ but are there if he does. I can’t thank them enough for allowing me to have a bit of “me time” also to have someone to sleep in 2 nights a week allows me to get uninterrupted sleep and my husband has connected with the carer who looks after him, she’s so much more patient than I am! I am so happy that I took this step and decided to contact Premier Homecare.
My Father is now very dependent on home care and as I live in Berkshire I need a support mechanism that is reliable, professional and above all, caring. Premier Homecare tick all the boxes. Dad is always delighted to see his carers and the ladies are so kind, patient and attentive to his needs. Nothing is too much trouble – I simply don’t know what we’d do without them. The back-office support is also exceptional. Being so far away from Dad, I know I can call at any time regarding Dad’s ever-changing needs, and I know my requests will be positively implemented. I can’t recommend highly enough.
I hadn’t worked in care before joining Premier in March this year but I’ve had excellent training, supervision and support that made me feel confident within my first couple of weeks. Everyone who works for Premier is so friendly and helpful, it is a lovely team to work in. There is always someone on the end of the phone if you need support whilst out on calls or to speak to before or after your shift, or if you want a supervisor to come to a visit with you they are always happy to. Also calls are a minimum of 1 hour which means there is enough time to get everything done as well as have a good chat with service users. Can’t recommend Premier enough!
