I hadn’t worked in care before joining Premier in March this year but I’ve had excellent training, supervision and support that made me feel confident within my first couple of weeks. Everyone who works for Premier is so friendly and helpful, it is a lovely team to work in. There is always someone on the end of the phone if you need support whilst out on calls or to speak to before or after your shift, or if you want a supervisor to come to a visit with you they are always happy to. Also calls are a minimum of 1 hour which means there is enough time to get everything done as well as have a good chat with service users. Can’t recommend Premier enough!

Premier Homecare provided 4 visits each day to assist my Mother when she needed assistance with daily tasks due to memory loss issues following a minor stroke. Premier Homecare were professional in everything that they did and the support that they provided to my Mother was fantastic. I cannot recommend them too highly!
I started with Premier in 2019 following a recommendation from a good friend and this was the best decision I ever made. Premier are a very well organized company who offer loads of support especially those who are new to care. There are no 30 minute calls like at my last company which is a huge bonus as this is not enough time to get to know a client. The routes are well planned meaning you don’t have to travel from one side of Bristol to another. There is always someone on the other end of the phone for support, day and night. I would highly recommend this company.
Premier is an excellent company to work for, I came back after 6 years. I wouldn’t work for any other care company as Premier care for their staff as well as their service users. You also get paid for the whole time that you are out on the road which is fantastic! And you never have calls which are under an hour so you get time to actually build a report with the service user.
I have worked for Premier Homecare coming up three years in April, and I have enjoyed every minute. From the day I started I knew this was the company/job for me. I have been working within the care sector for almost ten years (7 of those years within care homes) and I have finally now found where I am happiest. From day one I have felt supported and have been able to progress within the company, which was one of my goals. I started working with Premier as a senior homecare support worker, due to my previous experience, 15 months later became a trainer (trained new carers, on their first week) and now I can proudly say I am a supervisor. I am over the moon with my progression, which would never of happened without such an amazing management team. There are so many benefits to working for Premier, just a few are; the 1 hour minimum visit call time, payed travel time, amazing support network, opportunities to progress, lovely team of homecare support workers and lovely service users. Joining Premier Homecare really was the best thing I have done career wise, do not hesitate to get in contact, you really will not regret it!

We started using Premier Home Care in Jan 2021 after contacting them towards the end of December. Right from the beginning, they were professional and quick to respond to our needs. The carers were always on time and willing to take on household duties that Mum could no longer manage. Communication
was excellent and when I visited at the end of each day I knew exactly what meals she had eaten and what she’d been doing throughout the visits. We couldn’t have been happier with the service they provided and the only reason we no longer use them is that Mum is now living in residential care. This was the second agency we tried and they completely outshined the first one, I phoned and spoke to many agencies and they were the only ones who could accommodate the hours and level of care we needed. Fantastic job Premier, keep up the good work!
Premier Homecare has been supporting our 90-year-old parents for more than a year and we have been so pleased with the professional care, kindness and support that all the carers have provided. We used another agency before and Premier are so much better – worth every penny.
The carers are always on time, are dressed smartly, are always courteous, friendly, kind, flexible and hard-working. They will support with anything from putting out the recycling, to making lunch, to personal care and laundry. The carers have a lot of continuous professional development and this is evident from the way they work. The staff in the office are also very helpful responding promptly and with understanding to all our queries. They are flexible and happy to make changes to the care plan as our parents’ needs change over time. Thank you to the whole team.

Everyone I have met has been so lovely. All seniors/supervisors are always happy to answer any questions you have and never judge. The company is run amazingly, although you work alone you never feel alone, there is always someone knowledgeable on the other end of the phone. Can’t recommend this company enough. Has been a pleasure to work for them
