Premier is a professional care company who sets high standard’s for care services and is a top employer within the care industry. They offer great training, communicate well with their staff and there is unparalleled support from supervisor’s, trainers and office staff. This is a company who really appreciate their workers and are keen to celebrate your strengths to develop your career in care. They are always in reach on the other end of the phone for queries no matter how small and will endeavour to be as flexible to your needs within reason. You can take pride in delivering Premier’s standards of care as they put client and staff well-being at the forefront of their business. I have chose to return to Premier after working for a different care company as they truly are professional in all aspects and dedicated to delivering quality care to all their customers. This is a 5 star employer who pays fairly for your whole shift including travel time, plus your mileage. A pleasure to work for!
I joined premier homecare at the end of august after a difficult decision to leave my previous company. Premier was always known to me as being one of the best care companies that don’t just value their clients but also their staff. There’s always a friendly voice at the end of the phone to deal with queries and concerns, everyone is willing to help each other, such an amazing team of people that I’m proud to say I’m a part of. With premier there is scope to progress further in you career, and I was lucky enough after only 6 weeks to be promoted, premier recognises experienced good staff and encourage you to progress further within the company, even if you are new to care you can be reassured you will receive fantastic training from the in house trainers which again are all amazing. I’m really happy I did make the leap to join premier and looking forward to a long career with them.
Premier Homecare did a great job supporting my stepfather to stay comfortable and safe in his own home for as long as possible. They are reliable and the home care workers are great. Thank you for delivering a great service in sometimes trying circumstances.
Thank you Premier Homecare for your support and care you gave my uncle. He was very reluctant at first to accept any help but enjoyed his morning visits from the Carers.
An excellent and very swift response from one of your Carers getting the correct help for my uncle when arriving at his Bungalow one morning to find him very poorly.

I joined premier back in April with no experience at all! Never the less as soon as I stepped in the office for a interview I was put at ease , since then i have gained a lot of knowledge and experience and now feel more than confident in my job , I love how the team at premier always make me feel welcome . The fact that this company could give me school hours was a massive bonus for myself as no other company I went to could offer this ! I love my job in premier and can see this being a life long job for myself ! I would highly recommend working for premier and welcome you to the family !
Please pass on our thanks to the carers and organisers who have all been friendly, caring, professional, flexible and understanding. They helped dad to remain living in his own home for as long as possible, and gave us the comfort and reassurance that he was being looked after when we couldn’t be with him. We couldn’t have done it without them!
I started premier Homecare with no experience in care what so ever , however , with the two week shadowing I have gained confidence . All staff I’ve met including office staff are very polite and friendly . So excited to work for this company for many years to come

Right from the beginning I’ve felt very welcomed and supported by everyone that works at premier homecare. As I am new to care work, this has been important as at times it can be challenging, but I know that there is always someone there to help and guide me. From my initial interview to training, in the office and shadow training on visits, everyone has been extremely kind, informative and helpful. I am constantly learning new skills and enjoy meeting new people within their homes. Being able to support people to live independently is very rewarding. As dementia progresses, it can often cause changes to a person’s eating and drinking habits, from their food preferences to eating less or eating more. Follow these four simples steps to help support someone living with dementia if they won’t stop eating.1. Look at whether your relative is drinking enough - thirst can often be mistaken for hunger.2. Think about whether your relative’s routine or circumstances have recently changed. They may be confused about when mealtimes are and seek food more often than usual.3. If your relative is overeating, try substituting high calorie foods with lower calorie versions and/or healthier foods such as salads, fruit and vegetables.4. Consult their GP before making any major changes to diet. Explore if there might be a physical or medical reason causing the eating habit changes, and if their health is being affected in a negative way. Changes in behaviour aren’t always cause for concern, so if the new eating habits isn’t having a negative impact on their health, think about whether it really is a problem. For more information on how to manage eating habits whilst living with dementia, visit bit.ly/47HpHvH...
