Today, Premier Homecare is led by a dedicated team of professionals, Led by Registered Manager Louise Kroll and Live-In Care Manager/Deputy Manager Elaine Phillips, whose expertise ensures our operations run smoothly.

Our team features specialised roles including Rota Production Manager Anusha Wijewardhane, Rota Administrator Hazel Knight, and On-Call Worker Victoria Kouzaris.

Our In-House Trainer is Cheralyn Toye and our dedicated Recruitment team is managed by Leah Torrington, Recruitment Coordinator and Louisa Rackham, Recruitment Administrator who focus on assembling a skilled caregiving team.

Senior Supervisors Claire Kemp and Sarah Parsons ensure the highest carer standards are met and all carers are supported to develop within their roles.   

Sam Davies, our Homecare Coordinator, is key in organising personalised care services. Our entire team is committed to providing exemplary care, mirroring the quality they would expect for their own families.
