Supporting people in Bristol since 2004

We understand that one client's home care support needs are not the same as another's. That's why each of our home care support plans is tailored with the individual in mind. We're here to help.

Who Premiere Homecare support

Sensory impaired?

At Premier Homecare we understand the challenges that come with loss of senses; from mobility and communication issues, to feelings of isolation and frustration. We support our clients to carry out their daily routines, or specific tasks that may be particularly challenging for them.

Physical disability?

Premier Homecare recognise our client’s right to a fulfilling life and to achieve their potential as an individual. We therefore provide services ranging from a couple of hours cleaning, to a comprehensive care package tailored to their needs.

Learning difficulties?

Our care workers will take time to get to know a client and their individual preferences; enabling and empowering them to make choices and decisions. Whether it be going to the gym, to the pub or any other activities, we take seriously our role and responsibility in ensuring a safe and secure environment.

At Premier Homecare our carers understand dementia. This condition can cause people to feel vulnerable and in need of reassurance and support. In partnership with family and friends, our carers will work to help the person to retain their sense of identity and feelings of self-worth.

Mental health needs?

Our trained care workers support people with mild to moderate mental health issues. At Premier Homecare we believe with the right support and understanding, our clients can make positive changes to their lives.

We’re here to help people take up and overcome the challenges of later life. We recognise most people would wish to remain in their own home, rather than the alternative of nursing home care. We see every day, the difference it makes to our clients to stay in familiar and comfortable surroundings. At Premier Homecare we offer bespoke services to support people to maintain their preferred lifestyle.
