Job description
Your role will quite simply be to provide care & kindness to people (mainly elderly), wanting support to remain in their own home…the kind of things most of us take for granted, such as washing, dressing, preparing meals, shopping, keeping our homes clean, help to taking medication and most important of all, friendship.
You don’t necessarily need any experience or qualifications to join us as a Homecare assistant – We’ll be delighted to provide you with all the training, care experience & support you’ll need…plus Premier Homecare are one to the very few Homecare Companies to offer you a guaranteed full-time monthly salary.
For you, this means:
- Structure to your working week pattern
- Security – you know your full-time monthly salary will be the same each month – unlike some homecare jobs, it is not dependent on the number of care visits you make
In addition, mileage is paid at 45p per mile & ALL of your visits would be 1 hour or more in length.

What we’ll need from You
If you fulfil these requirements, we’d love to chat with you and hopefully get you on board with us.
- You must have a reliable car and full driving licence
- You will be required to work 10 shifts per fortnight; a combination of daytimes / evenings and alternate weekends. All shifts are 7.5hrs and are fully paid from start to finish – this includes any travelling time. Shift times are as follows:
- 7am – 3pm
- 3pm – 11pm
