I joined premier homecare at the end of august after a difficult decision to leave my previous company. Premier was always known to me as being one of the best care companies that don’t just value their clients but also their staff. There’s always a friendly voice at the end of the phone to deal with queries and concerns, everyone is willing to help each other, such an amazing team of people that I’m proud to say I’m a part of. With premier there is scope to progress further in you career, and I was lucky enough after only 6 weeks to be promoted, premier recognises experienced good staff and encourage you to progress further within the company, even if you are new to care you can be reassured you will receive fantastic training from the in house trainers which again are all amazing. I’m really happy I did make the leap to join premier and looking forward to a long career with them.

I joined premier back in April with no experience at all! Never the less as soon as I stepped in the office for a interview I was put at ease , since then i have gained a lot of knowledge and experience and now feel more than confident in my job , I love how the team at premier always make me feel welcome . The fact that this company could give me school hours was a massive bonus for myself as no other company I went to could offer this !
