Premier Homecare delivers the best benefits for Bristol care workers, and one of our newest incentive schemes is proving very popular.
Since August, we’ve been giving all care staff the opportunity each week to win a £50 meal voucher at Cribbs Causeway restaurant Miller & Carter.
All staff who sign up to work additional evening and weekend shifts at an enhanced hourly rate have their names placed into a hat for the weekly voucher draw.
The meal voucher draw has been really popular since August, with 14 winners to date, enjoying a gorgeous dining experience. As long as a member of staff has offered to carry out additional weekend and evening shifts, they are put into the weekly draw.
This is just one of the many additional benefits Premier Homecare give to their committed and hard-working care staff. We value each and every member of staff and understand that an additional “thank you” now and again, helps lift the spirits and morale.
We will continue to run care staff incentives right up to Christmas, offering meals out and shopping vouchers as weekly prizes.
