We’re really pleased to announce Premier Homecare has taken Bristol care recruitment to the next level with a new internal appointment.
Leah Torrington joined our independent home care company in April 2018 as a Senior Carer, having worked in residential care homes across Bristol for seven years, following the completion of her college course.
Leah’s commitment and skills shone out, so much so, she was soon promoted to the position of Trainer and then Field Supervisor.
Her latest promotion, to that of Recruitment Co-Ordinator, will see her working closely with Louisa Rackham, Premier Homecare’s Recruitment Administrator.
Leah has a huge amount of knowledge of the Bristol care sector and has already developed a fantastic rapport with candidates in a short space of time.
She is enthusiastic to be appointed to the new care recruitment position and is passionate about the quality of home care services provided to all of our lovely clients. Equally, Leah is an advocate for ensuring care assistants receive a positive care employment experience from day one!
Leah has gained valuable care industry experience in different settings and has been a significant advocate of Premier Homecare since joining us.
Commenting on the new role, Leah said: “I know from my own time here that care workers get a really good experience at Premier Homecare. To be able to work with new carers joining us and to be an active part of the Bristol care recruitment service offered is really exciting.”
