We’re really pleased to announce Premier Homecare is launching a new recruitment drive for Bristol care jobs, following an increase in demand for our award-winning home care services across the region.
In light of Covid-19, we’ve seen more private clients asking for increases to their care packages, as well as new clients making enquiries and asking us to help them.
As a leading, independent and family-run Bristol care company, we recruit, train and support our care staff, whether they are experienced or looking to start a career in the care industry in Bristol.
We’re following all the procedures and policies required to ensure our staff and clients are safe and are provided with the appropriate PPE to undertake home care services to clients during the current pandemic.
With so many jobs being lost in other industries, care recruitment in Bristol is going through something of a boom, as it is a growing sector, and Covid-19 has increased demand for care workers across the city.
It is understandable some carers may be nervous about considering a career in care, although we can reassure candidates Premier Homecare offers all the required PPE, as well as full training and adheres to all recommended safety guidelines.
We’ve also seen some new care workers join us after negative experiences with other care companies, having not received the necessary level of support and training. These new carers have been delighted with how Premier Homecare has treated them.
A new care worker said the following last week:
“How lovely to be a newbie, and see how sweet and caring everyone is. It makes a massive difference to each and everyone’s future, should help be needed. It’s a pleasure working for such a caring, charming, professional company, and as much as I may be a bit scatty, it’s a pleasure to learn from the most caring professionals and lovely people possible.”
“It’s a massive career change for me, but I wish I’d done it sooner. Everyone who works for Premier Homecare truly are decent people as well as staff, and I just wanted to say thank you to each and every one of you. It’s truly appreciated.”
