Premier Homecare see surge of interest for Bristol care jobs in 2021
QCQ-rated 'Outstanding' home care services company Premier Homecare sees surge of interest in Bristol care jobs in 2021.
Although we’re still in January, the recruitment team at Premier Homecare have already seen a surge of interest for Bristol care jobs in 2021.
Despite the current Covid-19 lockdown across the city, there’s been a significant number of people applying for Bristol care jobs with us, including full and part-time opportunities in Home Care and Live-In Care positions.
Many applicants have unfortunately lost their previous jobs due to Covid-19, with noticeable percentages of applications coming from people who were previously employed in Hospitality and Retail who have been made redundant.
It’s also worth noting the recruitment team at our award-winning private home care company in Westbury-on-Trym and Stoke Bishop have had care job interest from people looking to make a difference to people’s lives and start a new career in care for 2021.
With the lockdowns of 2020, some have re-evaluated their employment positions, and are opting for a more local, community-based, rewarding role where they can really make a positive impact on other people each and every day.
One of the other driving forces behind the surge of interest in a care job in Bristol is the fact award-winning Premier Homecare offers a Covid-safe working environment.
In fact, none of our private clients have tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 12 months, due largely to the stringent safety measures we have in place, as well as company policies and procedures which have helped us gain recognition and be rated ‘Outstanding’ by care industry body the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
To find out more about the Covid-safe working environment we provide for all of our care workers, please visit here.
Another attractive element of working for Premier Homecare is that unlike many other community care employers, we offer guaranteed hours for full-time care workers, which provides the extra stability of a monthly salary, with recognised industry-level training and the opportunity of career progression.
We have also seen throughout 2020 that many business sectors have not been stable and resilient due to the impact of Covid-19, whilst social care has been increasingly popular with new jobs are being created each month.
We are, for example, currently recruiting for a range of permanent care jobs in Bristol, and welcome applications from experienced care workers as well as those looking to start an exciting and rewarding career in care, during 2021.

To have an informal chat about the current range of Covid-safe home care jobs and live-in care jobs available in Bristol with us, please feel free to ring our Westbury-on-Trym head office on 0117 959 2013 and mention this News post.
