The management team at award-winning Bristol care company Premier Homecare is delighted to announce two staff members are celebrating 10-year work anniversaries.
The first is Sarah Parsons, who started her career with Premier Homecare a decade ago as a Care Assistant, and has worked her way along the Premier Pathway company structure, from Senior Homecare Support Worker to Supervisor to now Senior Supervisor.
Sarah’s main responsibility is looking after her team of carers, ensuring they are supported in the field and all are up to date with their individual training requirements. Sarah also interviews for new staff to help strengthen Premier Homecare’s ongoing ‘Outstanding’ status from the CQC as a leading independent care company in Bristol.
The second 10-year work anniversary is being celebrated by Sue Potter, one of our long-standing carers who joined us in 2010. She is a hugely-popular carer a firm favourite with our Bristol-based private clients.
Sue has made a consistent contribution to Premier Homecare and the quality of life for all the clients she has worked with in the last decade across Bristol.
Other Premier Homecare staff celebrated 10 years of service last year, and the entire Premier Homecare team were involved – read about it here.
One of the most attractive elements offered by Premier Homecare to all staff is our care career support, offered through our bespoke and unique Premier Pathway career progression programme.
We currently have a range of Bristol care jobs available – apply here.
We also find important competitive benefits which set Premier Homecare apart from other Homecare Providers, including a guaranteed full-time salary, minimum of one-hour client visits, well-organised staff rotas, and all time between calls paid at the full hourly rate.
